What will be my life likein 20 years?

In 20 years I'll be a tall man. My friend Manolo will look like Mr.Bean face. Faiçal won't grow, and Antoni will be a scientist.
I will live in a big house with my wife.
My mother will be a doctor anf my father an autentic fireman.
In 20 years the people won't work because everything will be machines.
The people will be crazy.
I will have a flying car.
I will smoke and I won't practice any sports if my son doesn't them.

Omelette with potatoes / Tortilla de patatas / Truita de patates

INGREDIENTS

· 1 3/4 pounds minced beef
· 1 onion
· 1 carrot
· 1/2 cup peas
· 3 big potatoes
· 2 tablespoons butter
· 2 tablespoons flour
· 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
· salt
· pepper

METHOD

1. First,peel and quarter potatoes , put them in a saucepan and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. While the potatoes are cooking,add oil to a frying pan and put the beef in it. Season meat with salt and pepper and fry it for 5 minutes.
3. Then , chop the onion and the carrot and put them in the frying pan with the meat. Cook them for 5 minutes until it turns brown,stirring frequently.
4. Meanwhile, mash the potatoes in a bowl.
5. In a second frying pan cook butter and flour together 2 minutes, add the peas and stir.
6. Place beef and vegetables in baking dish. Distribute mashed potatoes on top.
7. Finally, put the dish into the oven for about 30 minutes. Grill for last few minutes until the potatoes are golden.
8. Serve immediately.
